About Me
Hi, I'm Sanielyn Gayrama — a Virtual Assistant specializing in TikTok Shop operations and e-commerce brand support. I currently support a TikTok Shop UK seller under the brand PawHaven where I manage end-to-end affiliate and creator outreach.
This includes researching and evaluating UK pet creators, building and maintaining creator CRM trackers, writing outreach templates for free sample and affiliate campaigns, and working directly inside TikTok Shop Seller Centre and Affiliate Centre on a daily basis.
Before moving into e-commerce, I built a strong foundation in customer-facing roles as a Customer Service Specialist and Technical Support Representative in a BPO company. I also invested in one-on-one EVA coaching — gaining hands-on training in inbox management, order tracking, lead generation, SOP creation, and project coordination.
